INGREDIENTS:

boiled beets 500 g

chicken eggs 1 pc.

flour 5 tbsp

garlic 1 clove

salt ½ ч.л.

ground black pepper taste

PREPARATION: +

We grate the boiled beets.

Add the egg, salt, pepper, chopped garlic and mix.

Add flour and knead the dough for potato pancakes.

Spread potato pancakes with a tablespoon on a hot frying pan.

Fry potato pancakes for a few minutes on each side.
