INGREDIENTS:
boiled beets 200 g
chicken eggs 2 pcs.
hard cheese 100 g
garlic 1 clove
crab sticks 100 g
sour cream 20% 2 tbsp
mayonnaise 2 tbsp
PREPARATION: +
Grind crab sticks
Grate beets, cheese and eggs.
For dressing, mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Add to salad and mix.
Add chopped garlic and salt if necessary.
Put the salad in a culinary ring, tamp it lightly with a spoon.
I recommend putting the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
