Belarusian Chicken Meatballs In The Oven

INGREDIENTS:

chicken fillet 500 g

milk 150 g

baton 100 g

butter 40 g

eggs 1 pc.

bow 1 pc.

vegetable oil 2 tbsp.

garlic 2 cloves

ground black pepper 10 g

salt 10 g

PREPARATION:

Pour the loaf with milk and let it soak for about 15 minutes.

Cooking minced meat: pass chicken fillet, onion, loaf squeezed from milk through a meat grinder.

Add the egg to the minced meat, salt, pepper and knead.

With wet hands, we form round meatballs and put them in a baking dish, pre-oiled with vegetable oil.

Prepare the icing: mix melted butter with garlic passed through a press.

We place the form in a preheated oven at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 25 minutes. After the indicated time, we remove the form from the oven and generously grease the meatballs with garlic glaze and send them to the oven for another 15 minutes.
