INGREDIENTS:

peeled almonds 1.5 cups
chocolate drops 1.25 glass
sugar 1.3 glass
large chicken eggs 3 pcs.
egg yolk 1 pc.
butter (melt) 55 g
baking powder 2 tsp
vanilla extract 1 tsp
coarse salt ¼ ч.л.
PREPARATION:
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, put the almonds and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes. Stir the nuts occasionally with a spatula and watch them not burn. Pour into a separate container and let cool.
Beat melted butter, salt, vanilla extract, eggs and yolk using a mixer. Add sugar, baking powder and flour and beat again at low mixer speed.
Add nuts and chocolate granules. If the dough is too thick, pour in a teaspoon of water, if it is liquid, add a little flour.
Knead the dough and form 2 loaves about 25 x 7 cm. Place on a baking sheet and bake for half an hour at 175 ° C in the oven.
Let the loaves cool slightly, cut into 1.5 cm slices and bake again for 25 minutes at 150 ° C in the oven until golden brown. Flip over and bake for 20 minutes.
