INGREDIENTS:
chicken eggs 1 pc.
sugar 50 g
flour 50 g
baking powder ½ ч.л.
pitted cherry 400 g
sugar 2 tbsp.
yogurt 200 g
almond 1 tbsp.
PREPARATION:
Prepare a biscuit. Beat the egg with sugar, add flour, sifted with baking powder, knead a homogeneous dough. Bake in a greased pan at 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Cool the finished biscuit, let it dry and grind into crumbs.
Prepare the filling. Mix the cherries with sugar and grind the berries with a fork.
Layer biscuit crumbs, yoghurt and cherries in tall glasses. Repeat the layers until the glass is full. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving.
