INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry 250 g
shortbread cookies 200 g
cottage cheese 180 g
butter 50 g
powdered sugar 80 g
coconut flakes 3 tbsp.
PREPARATION:
Grind the cookies into crumb in any way. Leave 50 g for sprinkling.
Stir crushed cookies, cottage cheese, icing sugar, butter into a blender cup and grind until smooth.
Roll up balls the size of a walnut from the prepared mass.
We turn each ball into a cake, put strawberries inside and form a cookie in the form of a ball or berry.
Mix the crushed cookies with the coconut flakes and roll over each cookie.
