INGREDIENTS:
milk 300 ml
corn starch 250 g
hard cheese 250 g
vegetable oil 150 ml
chicken eggs 2 pcs.
salt 1.5 tsp.
PREPARATION:
In a wide container, bring milk mixed with vegetable oil and salt to a boil.
Add starch and mix quickly.
Turn off the heat, add the eggs and stir again.
Then add finely grated cheese. Knead the dough - elastic buttery dough.
Grease the baking sheet with oil and sprinkle with flour.
We form small balls from the dough and put them on a sheet at a distance from each other.
We send the buns into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
