Servings: 2

Time for preparing: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

pork 200 g

chicken eggs 1 pc.

flour 2 tbsp.

breadcrumbs (punk or tempura) 50 g

vegetable oil 200 ml

salt taste

ground black pepper taste

PREPARATION:

Beat the pork on both sides.

Season with salt, pepper, roll in flour, then in an egg and then in breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a frying pan (you can check the heating by throwing a piece of bread crumbs, if it sizzles on the surface, then you can fry)

Place the pork chops and fry for 2 minutes on one side, then 2 minutes on the other over high heat.

Turn the chops over, reduce heat to low and fry for another 1-2 minutes on each side.

Place ready-made chops on a paper towel to allow excess fat to absorb.

Cut into strips and serve with any side dish.
