INGREDIENTS:
broccoli 300 g
garlic 3 cloves
sesame 1 tbsp
olive oil 2 tbsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
PREPARATION:
Dip broccoli in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Then we immediately lower it into ice water.
Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
Cut the garlic into slices and fry in hot oil for a few seconds.
Remove the garlic and add the soy sauce to the butter and turn off the heat immediately.
We disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences, put the garlic chips on top, pour over the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
