INGREDIENTS:
chicken fillet 500 g
buckwheat grain 300 g
bulb onions 100 g
green onion 20 g
garlic 10 g
eggs 4 pcs.
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Boil buckwheat until cooked in salted water, cool.
Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, do the same with buckwheat porridge and garlic.
