INGREDIENTS:
chicken wings 800 g
buckwheat grain 1 glass
water 2.5 glass
bulb onions 1 pc.
vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
salt 2 tsp
black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Wash the wings. Add 1 tsp. salt, pepper to taste, a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix everything. Leave on for 15 minutes.
Chop the onion.
Rinse the buckwheat. Put buckwheat on the bottom of the pan, salt. I add 1 tsp. salt.
Then put the onion and cover everything with the wings and cover with water.
Send the pan with buckwheat and wings to the oven at 180 degrees for 90 minutes. The supper is ready! Bon Appetit!
