INGREDIENTS:

buckwheat grain 150 g

water 340 ml

Champignon 270 g

onion 55 g

garlic 2 cloves

butter 20 g

vegetable oil 1 tsp

salt taste

PREPARATION:

Cut the mushrooms and onions into cubes. Chop the garlic finely.

Add vegetable oil and butter to the pan. Sauté the onion and garlic.

Add mushrooms and lightly salt, cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add buckwheat and water. Add salt and pepper, cover and cook for 25-30 minutes.
