INGREDIENTS:
flour 170 г.
sugar 2 tsp
salt ½ ч.л.
dry yeast 4 g
water 40 g
milk 80 g
butter 8 g
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
Pour in warm milk and water, stir, knead the dough (about 7-10 minutes).
Stir in soft butter into the dough.
Cover the dough and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
After an hour, put the dough on the work surface and flatten it into a circle with your fingers.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and form a ball and each piece.
Cover the dough and leave for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, flatten each ball of dough into a cake and make a ball again. Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
Lightly grease the pan with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a skillet, cover and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Flip the buns, cover and cook for another 15 minutes.
