INGREDIENTS:
yeast puff pastry 500 g
minced meat 500 g
bulb onions 1 pc.
eggs 1 pc.
vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
salt ½ ч.л.
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Chop the onion finely.
Add the onion to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Any mince can be used. I have pork and beef.
Defrost the puff pastry and roll it out very thinly to form a large, long slab.
Spread the minced meat in a thin and even layer over the entire surface of the dough.
Gently roll the dough with minced meat into a roll and put it in a snail-shaped mold, twisting in a spiral starting from the center.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lay out the burek. Shake an egg with a pinch of salt with a fork and brush over the entire surface of our minced meat pie.
Send to a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Cover the cooked and hot burek with a towel for 10 minutes.
