wheat flour 500 g
mak 500 g
milk 250 ml
butter 60 g
vegetable oil 30 g
eggs 2 pcs.
sugar 5 tbsp
dry yeast 2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
vanilla sugar 1 packet

Pour warm milk into a bowl, add dry yeast, sugar. Stir with a whisk.
Add salt, vanilla sugar and eggs. Shake with a whisk.
Add the sifted flour in several steps.
First knead everything with a whisk or spoon, and then with your hands.
Dust the table with flour, lay out the dough. Add melted butter and knead for about 7-10 minutes.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil, put the dough in it, cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces. Form koloboks and roll out elongated cakes.
Spread the poppy filling over the entire surface of the cake and wrap it in a roll. Do the same with the rest of the koloboks.
