Cabbage Casserole With Egg In The Oven

INGREDIENTS:

cabbage 300 g

eggs 2 pcs.

cream 2 tbsp.

semolina 1.5 tbsp

vegetable oil 1 tbsp.

wheat flour 1 tbsp.

baking powder ½ ч.л.

salt ½ ч.л.

PREPARATION:

Chop the cabbage into thin and long strips. Put everything in a bowl.

Add eggs, salt and sour cream. Mix everything well.

Add flour, semolina and baking powder.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lay out the cabbage. Spread evenly over the entire mold with a spoon. Send to oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cool casserole with cabbage and remove from mold. Bon Appetit everyone!
