INGREDIENTS:
cabbage 1 head
mushrooms 400 g
cream 200 ml
rice 100 g
eggs 3 pcs.
onion 1 pc.
greens
ground black pepper
salt
PREPARATION:
Pour boiling water over young cabbage and leave for 10 minutes.
Then let the cabbage cool, cut off the bottom of the cabbage and carefully remove the leaves, if the leaves are hard inside the cabbage, pour boiling water over the cabbage again.
Lightly beat off the leaves with a hammer.
Chop and fry mushrooms and onions, add sour cream and simmer for about two minutes over low heat.
Mix mushrooms with boiled rice and chopped herbs, add salt to taste and black pepper.
