INGREDIENTS:

canned tuna 1 bank

potatoes 3 pcs.

onion 1 pc.

carrot 1 pc.

tomato 1 pc.

rice 4 tablespoons

vegetable oil 3 tbsp.

sugar 1 pinch

ground black pepper taste

salt taste

PREPARATION:

Peel potatoes, cut into small pieces. Put in a saucepan, cover with water and put on fire.

While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the frying. To do this, cut the onion and tomato into cubes. And carrots - in straws. Preheat a skillet, pour in vegetable oil and add onions and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Add tomato, fry a little. Add a pinch of salt and sugar, and pepper to taste. Put out a little.
