INGREDIENTS:
water 2 l
canned tuna 1 bank
potatoes 3 pcs.
onion 1 pc.
carrot 1 pc.
tomato 1 pc.
rice 4 tablespoons
vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
greens 1 beam
sugar 1 pinch
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Peel potatoes, cut into small pieces. Put in a saucepan, cover with water and put on fire.
While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the frying. To do this, cut the onion and tomato into cubes. And carrots - in straws. Preheat a skillet, pour in vegetable oil and add onions and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Add tomato, fry a little. Add a pinch of salt and sugar, and pepper to taste. Put out a little.
When the potatoes come to a boil, add the frying and rinsed rice. Season with salt to taste. Remove the foam if necessary. Cook for 10 minutes.
Then add the tuna and cook for another 10 minutes.
Finally, add the herbs and cook the soup for another 2 minutes. Cover the saucepan and remove from heat.
