INGREDIENTS:
cauliflower 700 g
chicken eggs 4 pcs.
milk 200 ml
hard cheese 180 g
tomato 4 pcs.
italian herbs 1 tsp
salt 5 g
ground black pepper 5 g
PREPARATION:
We disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil in boiling salted water for 5-8 minutes.
Prepare the filling: beat eggs, milk with a whisk, add salt, pepper and dry herbs.
Put the cabbage in a greased form, after having drained it from the liquid, fill it with the prepared filling. Top with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese grated on a coarse grater.
We send it to the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
