INGREDIENTS:
wheat flour 200 g
cottage cheese 200 g
sugar 150 g
eggs 4 pcs.
apples 2 pcs.
vanilla sugar 1 pack
baking powder 1 pack
cream 3 tbsp.
vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
powdered sugar 1 tbsp.
salt 1 pinch
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
Add cottage cheese, sour cream and a pinch of salt. Mix everything with a mixer.
Add flour and baking powder. Stir.
Lubricate the form with vegetable oil, lay out the dough.
Cut the apples into wedges and place on top of the dough.
Send to a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Decorate the cooled cake with icing sugar.
