INGREDIENTS:
potatoes 240 g
cream cheese 130 g
onion 70 g
carrot 50 g
bread 50 g
butter 20 g
vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
water 800 ml
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Cut potatoes into cubes, rinse, cover with cold water. Cook for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots, cut the curds into cubes. Cut the bread into cubes.
Pour some oil into a preheated pan and add bread. Fry until the croutons are crispy and golden brown.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan, add butter, put onion, fry for 2 minutes, add carrots, fry for 1 minute.
Put the frying in a saucepan, add the cream cheese, stir until the cheese is completely dissolved.
Add salt and pepper, cook for another 3 minutes, turn off the heat and let stand under the lid for 5 minutes.
Serve with crackers and herbs.
