INGREDIENTS:
Armenian lavash 2 pcs.
chicken eggs 4 pcs.
mozzarella cheese 100 g
Russian cheese 150 g
milk 200 ml
dill 50 g
green onion 50 g
salt 10 g
ground black pepper 10 g
PREPARATION:
In a container, mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper with a whisk.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Grind the greens.
Cut the pita bread into small pieces with scissors, mix again.
We send it to a baking dish, pre-oiled with vegetable oil. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. All good!
