INGREDIENTS:
cottage cheese 300 g
semolina 3 tbsp.
sugar 3 tbsp.
cream 2 tbsp.
eggs 2 pcs.
vanilla sugar ½ ч.л.
baking powder 1 tsp
salt 1 pinch
PREPARATION:
Add sour cream, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder to the curd. Using a hand blender, mix all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass. Curd mass will not work for this recipe.
Then add semolina, mix and let stand for 10 minutes, so that the semolina swells.
Lubricate the baking tins with vegetable oil and lay out the curd mixture, about 2 tablespoons each. This amount of ingredients is for 6 muffin tins.
Send to bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cheesecakes cooked in the oven with semolina should be cooled, only then put out of the mold.
Decorate with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea, everyone.
