INGREDIENTS:
chicken breast (fillet) 500 g
cream 150 ml
breadcrumbs 1 glass
sesame seeds (raw) 50 g
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Rinse the fillet and cut into small oblong pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put in a bowl, pour over sour cream and refrigerate for 2 hours. In another container, mix raw white sesame seeds and wheat rusks.
Roll each piece of chicken in a mixture of rusks and sesame seeds. Fry in a pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Serve the chicken breast pieces with fresh juicy vegetable salad, rice or potatoes.
Instead of sour cream, you can use cream with a fat content of 10-15%.
