Chicken Cutlets With Crab Sticks And Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:

chicken fillet 500 g

crab sticks 100 g

chicken eggs 1 pc.

vegetable oil 4 tablespoons

oat flakes 2 tbsp

bulb onions 1 pc.

parsley 3 tbsp

salt 20 g

ground black pepper 10 g

PREPARATION:

Pass the chicken fillet and onion through a meat grinder.

Grind the crab sticks (you can use a grater, you can use a knife).

Grind the greens.

Cooking minced meat: mix all the chopped ingredients, add the egg, oatmeal and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.

We beat off the minced meat so that the mass thickens and leave for 20 minutes.

We form cutlets with wet hands and fry from 2 sides until golden brown.
