INGREDIENTS:
hard cheese 400 g
mushrooms 300 g
chicken fillet 2 pcs.
tomato 4 pcs.
bell pepper red 2 pcs.
green onion
parsley
ground black pepper
salt
PREPARATION:
I cut the chicken fillet into pieces, beat on both sides, salt, pepper and fry slightly on both sides.
I make cross-to-cross cuts on the tomatoes and pour boiling water for two minutes, then drain the water and remove the skin from the tomato.
I cut the tomatoes into small pieces, I also cut the peppers and mushrooms. Finely chop parsley, green onions, grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix all the ingredients, mix well.
I spread the fillet on a baking sheet, put a vegetable coat on each piece, hard cheese still grated on top and send it to the oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
