INGREDIENTS:
a hen 1.25 kg
potatoes 1 Kg
bulb onions 1 pc.
garlic 3 cloves
soy sauce 2.5 tbsp
vegetable oil 1 tbsp
spices for chicken
spices for potatoes
ground black pepper
PREPARATION: +
Cut the chicken into pieces, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with chicken spices.
Peel and chop the garlic, pour over soy sauce.
Season the chicken with the mixture, hold it under a film or lid for forty minutes or longer.
Peel the potatoes, cut into quarters.
Add salt, spices, pour over with vegetable oil.
Put in layers in a liter jar, add onions cut into rings.
Cover with foil, tie with a thread.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, cover the baking sheet with a terry towel. Expose the jar.
Baking time - from one and a half hours.
Turn off the oven, hold the jar in it for another fifteen minutes.
When serving, garnish the dish with herbs.
