INGREDIENTS:
chicken fillet 5-6 pcs.
cottage cheese 150 g
hard cheese 80 g
garlic 2 cloves
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Grate hard cheese, chop peeled garlic. Mix both ingredients with cottage cheese, salt to taste.
Cut the chicken fillet, beat well on both sides, rub with salt. Put the curd filling on each "plate", twist into rolls and secure the edges with toothpicks.
Fry each product on both sides for several minutes, until golden brown, fold into a mold and bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 - 200 degrees.
If the rolls are served as an appetizer, they need to be cut into slices, garnished with green lettuce, cherry tomatoes, fresh or lightly salted cucumbers. In winter, homemade pickles and marinades can be served with the dish. For cooking as a second course for chicken, you can boil rice or pasta.
