Chicken Thighs In Sour Cream Sauce In A Pan

INGREDIENTS:

chicken thighs 900 g

sour cream 20% 200 g

ground black pepper 15 g

salt 15 g

ground paprika 1 tbsp

dried thyme 1 tsp

water 200 g

flour 2 tbsp

garlic 2 cloves

vegetable oil 2 tbsp

PREPARATION:

Salt, pepper and fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown.

We take out on a plate and set aside.

Prepare the sauce: grind the flour with paprika with water until smooth and add sour cream and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Pour the sauce into the frying pan where the thighs were fried, let it thicken. Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding water or sour cream and spreading the chicken.

Cover and simmer in sauce for about 1 hour. Add thyme and finely chopped garlic 10 minutes before the chicken is ready. It turns out very tasty!
