INGREDIENTS:
chicken fillet 300 g
frozen broccoli 300 g
cream 10% 120 g
carrot 120 g
curd cheese (cream cheese) 1 tbsp.
soy sauce 1 tbsp.
white balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp.
garlic 1-2 cloves
ground black pepper taste
italian herbs taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Wash the chicken fillet, cut into medium-sized cubes.
Prepare a marinade with soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried herbs, and ground pepper.
Put meat in the prepared mixture, hold for half an hour.
Wash and peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater.
Defrost broccoli, divide into inflorescences, salt.
Put the chicken in a hot frying pan without fat, simmer covered for five minutes, stir.
Add carrots, simmer for another three to four minutes, heat - medium. Add broccoli, stir, heat covered for another five to seven minutes.
Mix cream and curd or cream cheese separately. Pour the mixture into the bulk, bring to a boil, simmer over low heat for five to seven minutes.
When serving, the dish can be sprinkled with grated cheese and fresh chopped parsley and dill, cilantro.
