INGREDIENTS:
a hen 1.8 kg
soy sauce 40 ml
garlic
ground allspice
Bay leaf
thyme
hot pepper
coriander
salt
PREPARATION:
Wash the chicken, wipe it with a towel.
Fill the jar with water three quarters, add spices, salt, garlic.
Rub the carcass with salt and ground pepper inside and out.
Sit on a jar, wrap the wings with foil so as not to get burnt.
Cooking time - one hour, temperature - 180 degrees.
Drizzle with dripping fat or soy sauce.
Serve the dish with pickles, hot sauces. For cooking, use thyme, coriander.
