INGREDIENTS:
cabbage 1 head
cucumbers 2 pcs.
chicken breast 1 pc.
bell pepper 1 pc.
canned corn 1 bank
cream 15% taste
greens taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Wash a small head of Peking cabbage, chop finely, transfer to a salad bowl.
Free the boiled breast from bones and skin, cut into small pieces.
Remove the seed chambers from sweet bell peppers, cut the fruit into strips, cucumbers into slices.
Mix all products, add canned corn without liquid and chopped parsley, dill.
Salt to taste, season with sour cream.
If desired, the dish can be seasoned not with sour cream, but with vegetable oil with herbs and lemon juice.
