INGREDIENTS:
cabbage 300 g
cucumbers 120 g
tuna in oil 170 g
lemon ½ pcs.
green onion 5 pcs.
mustard ½ tsp
salt 10 g
ground black pepper 10 g
PREPARATION:
Grind Chinese cabbage, cucumbers and green onions.
Add tuna to the chopped ingredients.
Prepare the dressing: mix lemon juice with a whisk, canned tuna oil (can be replaced with olive oil), mustard, black pepper and salt.
Season the salad and serve in portions. All good!
