INGREDIENTS:
cabbage 400 g
chicken fillet 300 g
mushrooms 300 g
bell pepper 1 pc.
fresh cucumbers 1 pc.
bulb onions 1 pc.
green onion
parsley
ground black pepper
mayonnaise
PREPARATION:
I cut the mushrooms into plates, cut the onions into cubes and fry the mushrooms and onions together until the liquid that is released when the mushrooms are frying completely disappears.
I boil the chicken fillet, cool it and cut it into small cubes.
I cut the sweet pepper into strips, I also cut the cucumber.
I chop green onions, parsley, mix all the ingredients with thinly sliced Peking cabbage, add black pepper, salt to taste and add mayonnaise, mix and serve immediately.
