Servings: 2
Time for preparing: 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
bananas (large) 2 pcs.
vegetable oil 1-1.5 cup
sesame 1 tsp
eggs 1 pc.
wheat flour 3 tbsp.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
starch 2 tbsp.
water 2 tbsp.
sugar 2 tbsp.
water 2 tbsp.
vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
PREPARATION:
Make a batter by mixing egg, starch, flour, oil, and water. The dough should be as thick as pancakes.
Cut the peeled bananas into large pieces.
Heat 1.5 cups vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed skillet. Dip each piece of banana in batter, immediately dip it into a heated deep fat - cook, turning with a spatula, until golden brown on all sides.
In another pan, prepare caramel by adding sugar and water to the heated vegetable oil. Boil it on the lowest heat until light yellow.
Place the sautéed bananas in the caramel. Turning with a spatula, cover each bite with caramel.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the cooked sweet caramel bananas before serving.
