INGREDIENTS:
flour 300 g
sugar 1 glass
vegetable oil 100 ml
water 250 ml
cocoa 35 g
baking powder 11 g
salt 1 pinch
cherry 150 g
almond petals 30 g
powdered sugar 1 tbsp
PREPARATION:
Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Dissolve sugar in water.
Add water with sugar and vegetable oil to the dry mixture. Knead the dough.
We mix cherries and nuts into the dough (I have almond petals, you can add any, or you can not add them at all).
We line the form with parchment, send the dough into it and send it to the oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
Let the cake cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar, then cut into squares.
