INGREDIENTS:
eggs 4 pcs.
flour 100 g
sugar 90 g
milk 45 ml
butter 40 g
cocoa 10 g
baking powder ½ ч.л.
PREPARATION:
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Stir the yolks, add milk and butter, mix well.
Beat the whites until fluffy. Continuing to beat, add sugar gradually.
Continue whisking until crisp.
Add sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder to the proteins, mix.
Pour in the yolk mixture, mix.
Pour the finished dough into a mold (I have an 18 cm mold).
Put in an oven preheated to 180 C and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Allow the biscuit to cool, then remove it from the mold.
