Chokeberry Sauce With Garlic And Herbs

INGREDIENTS:

chokeberry 700 g

garlic 50 g

basil 30 g

cinnamon 1 tsp

ground black pepper 1 tsp

lemon juice 3 tbsp

sugar 3 tbsp

salt 1 tbsp

water 100 ml

PREPARATION:

We boil the rowan in 100 ml of water for 10-15 minutes after boiling.

Add garlic, basil leaves without twigs and grind until smooth with an immersion blender or chopper.

Add all the spices and bring the mixture to a boil, let it boil for 1-2 minutes and pour in the lemon juice.

Remove from heat and pack in sterile dry jars.
