INGREDIENTS:
wheat flour 100 g
sugar 100 g
eggs 4 pcs.
baking powder 1 tsp
vanilla sugar 1 packet
salt 1 pinch
jam
nutella (chocolate)
PREPARATION:
Whisk eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar in a deep bowl.
Mix flour and baking powder in a separate container.
Add sifted flour to the eggs, mix well.
Line a standard baking tray with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil.
Pour all the dough onto a baking sheet and use a silicone spatula to spread over the entire surface.
Send the biscuit to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven, remove the parchment paper. Cover with new parchment and roll the cake into a roll, leave on the table to cool for 5-10 minutes.
Unwind the roll and brush it over the entire surface with jam. I have plum jam.
Roll the cake and wrap with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut off the edges of the roll on both sides.
Decorate the biscuit roll with melted chocolate or Nutella using a pastry bag. Can be served with tea! Enjoy your tea!
