INGREDIENTS:
Kiwi 240 g
sugar 25 g
if-if 4 g
raspberry 300 g
sugar 30 g
if-if 5 g
cottage cheese 350 g
powdered sugar 70 g
yogurt (sour cream 15-20%) 250 g
milk 250 ml
gelatin 15 g
vanillin ½ ч.л.
bananas 1 pc.
PREPARATION:
Soak gelatin in milk and leave to swell for 1 hour
The first berry layer:
-turn the kiwi into puree and rub through a sieve to get rid of the seeds
-add sugar and agar-agar.
- bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.
-cool
The second berry layer is prepared in the same way as the first
Put the berry layers in the prepared forms alternately, letting them stabilize each time in the refrigerator (20-30 minutes) or freezer (5 minutes).
Curd-yogurt layer:
- mix curd with powdered sugar, yogurt.
- drive into the cream with a blender
- pour milk with gelatin, mix until smooth
- pour part of the jelly on top of the berry layer
- put banana circles
- some jelly
again - bananas -
and pour the layer to the edges of the mold -
send to the refrigerator until stabilized for 2-3 hours
