Coconut Oatmeal Cranberry Bars

INGREDIENTS:

dried cranberries 100 g

coconut oil 50 ml

oat flakes 2 glasses

honey 6 tbsp

coconut flakes 4 tablespoons

almond 2 tbsp

salt

PREPARATION:

Grind half of the instant flakes with a blender, mix with crushed almonds, coconut flakes, add the rest of the flakes and dried cranberries, mix. Melt the coconut oil and honey in a saucepan, pour in the cereal mixture, mix thoroughly.

Fill the mold with the resulting mass for making cranberry bars, flatten, tamp well, refrigerate for a couple of hours, cut into small portions.
