INGREDIENTS:
oat groats 120 g
protein 100 g
water 100 ml
egg white 2 pcs.
powdered milk 2 tbsp.
sugar substitute
coconut flakes
olive oil
PREPARATION:
Mix together rolled oats, coconut flakes, protein, milk powder, raw chicken proteins, sweetener, pour in water.
Grease a baking dish with olive, almond or pumpkin oil.
Bake the mass for the bars at 165 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cut the cooled "cake" into bars.
Dilute cocoa powder separately with water, add sweetener.
Pour the finished glaze over the bars, sprinkle with the rest of the coconut and refrigerate to solidify.
If desired, you can add cocoa powder, ground nuts to the mass. Store the bars in a container or wrap each bar in foil or plastic wrap.
