INGREDIENTS:
black bread 10 slices
eggs 2 pcs.
Cod liver 1 can
processed cheese 1 pc.
mayonnaise 2 tbsp
dill 1 bundle
PREPARATION:
Drain the oil from the jar. Place the cod liver in a bowl and mash with a fork.
On a fine grater, grate boiled eggs (cook them for 10 minutes) and processed cheese.
Stir all ingredients with mayonnaise.
Chop brown bread and spread with cod liver salad and cream cheese. Garnish with a sprig of dill if desired.
