INGREDIENTS:

cottage cheese 400 g

milk 250 ml

cream 200 g

powdered sugar 120 g

gelatin 15 g

vanillin taste

berries taste

PREPARATION:

Dilute the gelatin with hot milk, put it on a steam bath and, while stirring, let the gelatin dissolve completely, while the milk should not boil.

Put cottage cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and vanillin in a blender bowl for about three minutes. Add milk with gelatin, which has cooled down enough. Beat for about 2 minutes more.

Pour into bowls, if desired, you can add berries. I have red currants, the combination of a sweet dessert and a slight sourness of currants makes this wonderful dessert even tastier! We send it to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

If you made a dessert in one large form and you need to remove it in order to divide it into portions. To do this, dip the dish with the dessert for a few seconds in hot water, make sure that the water does not get on the dessert itself. Then cover with a plate, turn over and shake well.
