INGREDIENTS:
cottage cheese 300 g
flour 300 g
vegetable oil 320 g
sugar 100 g
eggs 3 pcs.
soda 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
Add eggs, salt, sugar and soda to the curd. We knead everything thoroughly with a fork. Then add vegetable oil and mix.
Add flour and stir well. Lightly dust the work surface with flour and lay out the dough, knead it.
Divide the dough into 4 parts. From each we will form a cake 7-8 mm thick. Using the shape, cut out the circles.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil well. Put the curd dough in a frying pan and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
Put the finished cottage cheese donuts on a paper napkin to remove excess oil. If desired, curd donuts can be garnished with powder and served with sour cream, condensed milk or jam. Enjoy your tea, everyone.
