INGREDIENTS:
chicken eggs 1 pc.
sour cream 60 g
flour 45 g
sugar 20 g
salt 1 pinch
cottage cheese 180 g
vegetable oil 1 tbsp
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, beat the egg with sugar and salt.
Add cottage cheese, stir.
Add sour cream, stir.
Add flour, mix until smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil.
Spoon the "dough" into the pan. Fry cheesecakes for 4-5 minutes, then turn over and fry for another 4-5 minutes.
