INGREDIENTS:

dill 15 g

processed cheese 150 g

crab sticks 1 sachet

sour cream 4 tsp

garlic 4 cloves

salt taste

ground black pepper taste

chicken eggs 3 pcs.

PREPARATION:

Finely chop the dill and temporarily set it aside.

Mix sour cream with melted cheese and garlic, which must be squeezed out through a garlic press,

Chicken eggs must be boiled and peeled in advance, cut into small pieces, and added to the mixture of sour cream and processed cheese,

From the crab sticks, first cut off the thin red part and temporarily remove it to the side. Chop the crab sticks themselves very finely and add to the same ingredients, mix everything well.

Finely chop the red part from the crab sticks and transfer to a plate.

From the resulting mixture, roll the balls, then roll them in the chopped red part of the crab sticks, I also rolled them in dill. Put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

We serve on a festive table.
