Crab Stick Salad With Korean Carrots And Cucumbers

INGREDIENTS:

crab sticks 200 g

Korean carrots 200 g

chicken eggs 3 pcs.

fresh cucumbers 2 pcs.

mayonnaise 3 tbsp.

salt ⅓ ч.л.

PREPARATION:

Cut the crab sticks into cubes.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes.

Boil the eggs (I boil them for 10 minutes) and cut them into cubes.

Chop the Korean carrots a little.

Salt all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise and mix everything well.
