INGREDIENTS:
cream 450 g
cream (vegetable) 340 g
milk 240 ml
sugar 180 g
fresh berries 150 g
water 140 ml
berry jelly 40 g
gelatin 16 g
fresh mint (twigs) 6 pcs.
PREPARATION:
Heat milk, add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Do not boil. Remove from heat and let cool.
Add berry jelly to hot drinking water and stir until dissolved. Mash the berries with a blender, setting aside a few for decoration.
Mix chilled whipped cream with sour cream, beat, gradually adding sugar, until fluffy. Add cooled milk gradually.
Divide the sour cream into 2 parts. Spread one part over the glass bowls. Put in the refrigerator.
Add berry puree and jelly to the rest. Stir with a mixer at low speed. Put in the bowls in the second layer.
Refrigerate for at least an hour. Decorate with deferred berries and mint sprigs. Serve to the table.
