INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry 400 g
cottage cheese 300 g
sour cream 200 g
condensed milk 100 g
water 100 ml
sugar 4 tablespoons
gelatin 1 tbsp
vanillin

Pour gelatin with warm water and set it aside to swell, then put it in a water bath until the gelatin is completely dissolved, preventing it from boiling.
I add condensed milk, sugar, sour cream, vanillin to the cottage cheese and carefully interrupt with a submersible blender. I add the cooled gelatin and stir well again.
I also make a white dessert, for this I put strawberries in a glass, which I cut into four parts and fill it with a white mass that I had previously cast from the total mass.
I send it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. You can decorate desserts at your discretion, I decorated with chopped strawberries. Bon Appetit!
